What is one thing you would most like to change about the world you live in?

Oh my gosh, without a doubt all the violence! Holy smokes, every day there are so many murders and shootings. It's sickening. It makes it hard to want to take my kids to the park, or the movies, or for goodness sakes, to send them to school! This is a horrible cruel world we live in. I wish so much that times were different. But sadly they are not. And I need to have more faith that my little family will be okay!

The Underdog

Russell Wilson of the Seattle Seahawks came into the NFL as the underdog. And as a rookie has lead his team all the way to the playoffs. I'm rooting for him and his team.

#12 Surprise

Surprise....I signed up for a 90 fitness challenge through Lucas' karate studio. It's not the positive pee stick I was hoping to be able to post, but the winner takes home $500...I think it will be a great way to distract me from the baby thoughts that consume me.

After all the time I spent trying to get a great picture of movement the other day...and then this one ends up being a total fluke. I suppose I left my camera on the perfect setting for shooting a movement shot in sepia. I love all the star burst headlights and street lights and the cars turning left in front of my car.
